This online Counselling & Psychotherapy course is a great way to develop an understanding of counselling and is aimed at those who are looking to discover the different theories and approaches to counselling & psychotherapy; to explore their own personal development; and to develop basic counselling skills. The course is also ideal for people who would like the flexibility of online study to allow time for other commitments such as jobs and family life.
The course material is delivered online, through the PCI College Student Portal, and students are fully supported by a Course Tutor, the portal includes introductory videos, online forum discussions and there is also contact through email and phone. This interactive course is delivered through a combination of PowerPoint presentations, video demonstrations, course material, exercises and a recommended reading list. There is also access to a comprehensive online library.

Progression: Upon completion of this course, students will be invited to upgrade to a Blended Learning Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapyby attending 2 Class Weekends. See details below. On completion of the Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy, students are eligible to apply for entry onto the BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
